My name is Lauren – but everyone calls me Lolly! I’m a mother, a lover, a fighter, an ex-chef and pastry chef, a writer, an overthinker, an oversharer. After being diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression, I seeked a career and life change – I went from the kitchen into a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Naturopathy. I believe that natural medicine encourages and strengthens our own body’s innate healing ability. I am an avid believer in flower essence therapy, aromatherapy,  and herbs and food as medicine. I also believe that food heals the soul, and it’s probably how I ended up in the kitchen. I write all things, food, love, life, more food, plants and just weird stuff.
